For goods purchased at the online store "flightaccessories.si", the general warranty terms and warranty period is 2 years (24 months). The description of individual products may indicate a longer warranty period.
The day when the product was accepted for warranty repair is considered as the beginning of the complaint process. The product that has been accepted for warranty repair will be returned to the user in the appropriate condition within 45 days at the latest. We guarantee the quality of the product or the faultless operation within the warranty period, if you use it in accordance with its purpose and provided instructions.
To report a failure during the warranty period of the product, please fill out our form (in doc or pdf format). In order to enforce the guarantee, you must also attach the original invoice. After completing the form, we will contact you with further instructions for a successful solution to the problem. The seller is not qualified for technical assessment of any defects, and thus cannot decide to replace the product in a fault without the opinion of an authorized service.
If it is found that inadequate use or maintenance lead to product defect all repair or/and diagnostic costs, including postage will be charged to customer.
The warranty does not apply:
- In the case of careless, unprofessional or improper handling of the product.
- If the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person.
- If the non-genuine parts are incorporated into the product.
- In cases of mechanical damage or use in unsuitable conditions (heat, cold, moisture),
strike lightning or force majeure.
Parts that are exposed to permanent wear (batteries, headphones, etc.) are exempt from the warranty.
